By using Servisoftt, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you must stop using the service.

2. Description of service

Servisoftt is a management software for service centers provided as SaaS (Software as a Service) over the internet. It includes work order management, inventory, clients, reports, and additional features depending on the chosen plan.

3. Acceptable use

The user agrees to use Servisoftt solely for lawful purposes related to business management. Using the service for illegal activities, sending spam, or attempting to compromise system security is prohibited.

4. Plans and payments

Plans are described on the main page. Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time without penalty.

5. Data ownership

Data entered by the user remains their property. Torisoftt does not sell or share it with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, interruptions may occur due to maintenance or force majeure. We shall not be liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

7. Limitation of liability

Servisoftt shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be notified via email or within the platform at least 15 days in advance.
