We collect data entered by the user on the platform: name, email address, phone number, business information, work orders, shop clients, and inventory. We also collect usage data and technical logs to maintain and improve the service.

3. Purpose of processing

We use data to: (a) provide the Servisoftt service, (b) send service-related communications, (c) improve the platform, (d) comply with legal obligations.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We perform periodic backups. Only authorized Torisoftt personnel have access to data.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, lease, or share personal data with third parties, except when required by law or to provide the service (e.g., cloud infrastructure provider).

6. User rights

7. Data retention

We retain data as long as the account is active. Upon cancellation, data is deleted within a maximum of 30 days, unless the law requires longer retention.
