How much does Servisoftt cost? Are there hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Plans include:

• Plan + Invoicing: $30/month, includes up to 100 electronic invoices per month.
• Own License: $230 one-time license fee + $120/year or $10/month for server.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time without penalty or additional cost. No lock-in contracts.

What's the difference between the monthly plan and the Own License?
The Monthly Plan ($20/month) is ideal to start quickly without upfront investment. Pay month to month and cancel whenever you want.
The Own License ($230) is a one-time payment for the software license (yours for life). However, the server has an additional cost of $120/year or $10/month. It pays off if you plan to use the system for several years.

System & Technology
Do I need to install anything on my computer?
No. Servisoftt is 100% cloud-based. You only need a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and an internet connection. No downloads, no installations, no manual updates.
Does the system work on phone or tablet?
Yes. Servisoftt is optimized for any device: computer, tablet, or phone. No app download needed. Open your browser, log in, and you're ready. Your technicians can view and update orders from their phones in real time.
What happens if the internet goes down at my shop?
Since it's cloud-based, it requires an internet connection to work. However, most shops have mobile data as backup. In case of an outage, you can continue recording on paper and update the system once connectivity is restored.
Data & Security
Is my data and my clients' data secure?
Yes. Data is stored with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We perform automatic periodic backups. We never sell or share data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
How many users and orders can I have?
Unlimited. There are no restrictions on users, technicians, work orders, clients, or receipts. The system scales with your business at no extra cost.
Support & Usage
Is Servisoftt hard to learn?
No. Servisoftt is designed to be intuitive and easy to use from day one. Most shops are operational the same day they sign up. We also provide instant support during onboarding.
